These terms govern your use of the Kanacapture service, operated by Kanastruk Services Conseils Inc. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Kanacapture lets you create and manage visual inventories from photos, with AI-assisted analysis. We may evolve, suspend or discontinue all or part of the service at any time.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and the confidentiality of your credentials. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use the service in compliance with applicable laws and not to infringe the rights of others, nor to upload unlawful content or content for which you do not hold the necessary rights.

4. Intellectual property

The service, its software and brand remain the property of Kanastruk Services Conseils Inc. You retain your rights in the content you upload and grant us a limited license to host and process it for the purpose of providing the service.

5. Personal information

The processing of personal information is described in our privacy policy.

6. Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and limit our liability for indirect damages.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in Quebec. Any dispute falls under the competent courts of Quebec.
